Getting there : By air: The nearest airport is Kolkata International Airport (112 km) having link with all major domestic and International airports.
By rail: Rail route is best to be avoided. Instead, one should catch bus from Esplanade or Dharamtolla (at Kolkata) for Basanti / Sonakhali. Form here, local boat will leave you near the lodge.
Accommodation : The lodge has 60 rooms. Rooms are well furnished and have toilet close to rooms.
Facilities/services : Power back up, first aid and doctor-on-call, STD and ISD call facility, luggage rooms and round the clock security.
