Many of the national parks and wildlife parks of India have got
world wide reputation for being natural habitat of Tigers. This 8 days tour
package including two of them, Kanha National Park and Bandhavgarh National
Park give abundance of opportunity to see the amazing wildlife which it has
to offer.
The special Tiger spotting program will obviously be something that you
will love to adhere to at both national parks. Apart from spotting Tigers
and other wild animals and hundreds of species of birds, you will also have
chance to visit Khajuraho, one of the world heritage sites, famous for its
unique architecturally beautiful temples built thousands years ago.

Itinerary
On your arrival at Delhi International airport on the
first day,
you will soon board the domestic flight for Khajuraho. Arriving at Khajuraho
around noon will give you enough of time to explore its temples, world
famous heritage site. This small place with its rural ambience presents the
architectural beauty of its temples in an exciting way. By the evening, you
will be exploring this old temple complex built thousands years ago by
Chandela dynasty. By the evening, after discovering all its twenty remained
temples, you will be watching the special cultural show organised by the
temple’s official which is another attraction of the temple.
The next morning
(2nd day) comes with one more visit to the temple.
After it, you begin drive to Bandhavgarh which is approx 250 Km from
Khajuraho, and will take 5-6 hours drive from Khajuraho to reach. After
reaching Bandhavgarh and checking in the wildlife resort, you will have
plenty of time to take an evening visit to the world famous Bandhavgarh
National park. The open top jeep safari trip will be worth giving you a good
overview of the park, and also it will prepare you for the next day
encounter with the wildness of dense forests and its wild beast inhabitants.
The wildlife encounter at Bandhavgarh national park spreading across 437 Sq
Km is full of amazement. The park said to be the “White Tiger Country”
boasts of having highest density of Tiger’s population. To make you
enjoy the game viewing intensely, we will arrange Elephant safari and Jeep
safari trips, depending upon what you prefer. The safari trips will help you
seeing its wild habitants like Tiger, Elephant, Leopard, Bear, Sloth bear,
Wild dog, Wild boar, Porcupine, Jackal, Monkey and Langoor. Thus ends your
3rd day in the company of wild beasts.
The best view of the popular Bandhavgarh national park comes to its edge in
the morning as one gets greater possibilities to see wildlife in their
natural pose. Making you sure of not baring you of this opportunity, we will
proceed to park early in the morning
(4th day). Encounter with
hundreds of species of birds and wild animals will give you a greater chance
to capture many of them in your camera. After the jungle romance is over, we
will move to explore Bandhavgarh fort, which is another popular tourist
destination of Bandhavgarh.
The
5th day opens up with another drive which you will take to
reach to Kanha national park. After reaching at park afternoon, we will
check into the wildlife resort, booked in advance by us. The evening can be
utilized in taking a small safari tour by jeep which will acquaint you to
the national park. The full day game viewing will set foot on
6th day.
To enjoy the game viewing to the core, we will organise Elephant safari or
Jeep safari which will enable you to see numerous wild animals like Tigers,
Elephant, Indian Fox, Sloth bear, Striped hyena, Jungle cat, Leopord, Mouse
Deer, Chausingha or four horned antelope, Nilgai, Ratel and Porcupine.
Besides, more than 200 species of birds can also be found here. To enjoy the
Birding and wildlife photography, we will proceed to the park early in the
morning, next day on
7th day.
After the wildlife sojourn is over at the two world famous national park,
known for their Tigers, you will drive to Nagpur from Kanha, which will take
approx 6 hours. After over night stay at Nagpur, next morning
(8th day),
you will catch domestic flight for Delhi. At Delhi after checking into
hotel, you will be transferred to the International airport where you will
catch your onward flight for destination.
