Location : Located 16 km south-west of Munnar, Devikulam is small and beautiful hill station of Kerala.
Climate condition : Devikulam has pleasant climate like Munnar. Temperature in winters is generally between 10° C- 0° C, and in summers it wavers between 27° C-11° C.
Best Time To Visit : The mild climate make Devikulam to be visited round the year. The best time to visit here is between May to September and from November to February.

Places of Interests
Sita Devi Lake : As the Devikulam borrows its name from the Sita Devi Lake, Sita Devi Lake is a favourite stop for Eco lovers. The beautiful lake provides fine opportunity of angling, and its nearby idyllic locations are worth enjoying the nature walk.

Munnar : One of the most popular hill stations of South India, Munnar is honeymooners paradise. Chinnar Wildlife Sanctuary : In Munnar- Uthummal Petah route are the famous Chinnar Wildlife Sanctuary. Wildlife lover can take safari tour giving them easy view of wild animals like Elephant, Wild Buffalo, Tiger and Leopard.

Kumily : Kumily is at the Kerala-Tamilnadu border, and also touches border of the sanctuary. Boat ride at Kumily is the best way to visit the sanctuary. The two hours boat ride takes visitors of the sanctuary to deep in the forest giving them closer view of the forest.

By Air : Cochin International Airport, well linked with other major cities of country, is 149 km from Devikulam. From the airport, one can hire taxi or bus, each taking a bit more than 4 hours. .

By Rail : Cochin (149 km) is the nearest major railway station of Devikulam. From Cochin, one can get taxi as well as bus for Devikulam.

By Road : Devikulam has good road link with all nearby major place like locations like Tiruvanthapuram, Kochi, Palani, Madurai, Coimbatore, Thekaddy and Kodaikanal. State transport buses have their routes to Devikulam.
