Birding.

Detailed Itinerary
The first place you will be touring to enjoy Bird observation will be Delhi
where you will landing in the night on the
1st day of tour. The next
day (
2nd day) early in the morning, you will be taking a stroll at
the Okhla Barrage which houses plenty of species of birds. The morning will
fetch you good opportunity to spot many of the migrant species of birds as
well as common domestic birds. Delhi tour comes next after you have spotted
birds. The tour to the National Capital will include several historical
monuments like Qutab Minar, Humayun’s Tomb, India Gate, Parliament,
President House, Red Fort, and Jama Masjid.
After departing Delhi next morning (
3rd day), you will catch train
for Chandigarh, from where you will take 6 hour drive to Narkanda. This
place is a popular holiday spot, especially for those willing to enjoy
Hiking and Skiing. You will have here a very pleasant view of this hill
station. The overnight stay at a beautiful resort facing the panoramic
mountain peaks will add another pleasure to your nature tour.
After the small sojourn of Narkanda is over, next you will moving to the
radious of your Birding tour. The morning,
4th day, you will be
driving for 6 hour and will reach Sangla, falling in the beautiful district
Kinnaur. In the lap of Kinner-Kailash peak, this valley village of Kinnaur
presents a very wonderful natural beauty. In the evening after you have got
all your tiredenss off of journey, you will take a small Birding tour of
Sangla.
The valley villages of and around Sangla is still untouched by the
commotion of outer world. The natural beauty of this valley village will
force you staying for two full days (
5th and 6th day). The overnight
stay in tent will give you a wonderful opportunity to embellish your birding
and Eco tour. The highest village in the Sangla vally is Chitkul which is
totally devoid of flock of tourist. On the 5th day, you will be visiting
this village. En route, there will be several place you will linger will
give you finer spectacle of numerous birds. The place originates several
herbs and spices along with numerous species of rare birds flocking from
several foreign countries. On the 6th day, along with taking Bird watching,
you will be visiting around the Sangla which will comprise the visit to the
fort of Kamru. The Kinnaur girls famous for their beauty will be another
concern of your fascination.
The Birding tour heightens on the
7th day as you will drive to
Sarahan, a small beautiful village full of apple orchard and surrounded by
Srikhand Mahadev peak. The day will be full of bird watching, and you will
also visit to the phesant breeding center. The
8th day will engage
you driving to Goshaini of Tirthan valley where you will reach by evening.
The full day visit of Tirthan Valley which comes next day,
9th day,
will be a complete expedition into the valley of extreme beauty. The
pristine milieu conmprising thick forest, alpine trees and pleasant view of
Tirthan valley will give you an unmatched opportunity to enjoy the Birding.
A visit to the great Himalayan National Park and Bahu and Jibhi on
10th
day will give an amazing opportunity to explore the wildlife and birding
together. Next day,
11th day, you will drive to Bhunter airport to
catch a flight for Delhi. After overnight stay at Delhi, on the last day of
your tour (
12th day), in the morning you will be visiting the Delhi
zoo. After meeting with several animals and birds at the Zoo, you will be
reaching to the hotel to pack your luggage. Our representative will leave
you to the International airport to catch your flight for your onward
journey.
