Detailed Itinerary
The
first day after landing at Delhi, you will busy yourself in the
sightseeing tour of the national capital. The old walled city of Delhi
turned now into garden city of New Delhi will give you explore its important
places like Birla Temple, Cannught Place, India Gate, Parliament and
President house. In the evening, you can shop and eat out at the famous
shopping streets of Cannaught place. As you know, your tour will include the
visit to Leh where you will be on 4 day Trek Trip. We will hope that you
will come prepared with all of amenities that you may need there.
So, here comes your next destination - Heaven. No wonder. The Himalayan
beauty of Leh is compared no less than heaven. Leh - the capital of Ladakh
is better said to be the roof of the world. The best thing beyond the beauty
of Himalaya that you will love is its monastery pervaded in large numbers
almost in every villages. After arriving in the noon (on 2nd day), you will
be staying at Leh for 3 days (
2-4th day). The whole Leh is cluttered
with plenteous with several historical monuments; among them 11 has been
declared as of national importance. Visit to these places will give you
unique glimpse of Buddhism religion and culture.
Day
5th will begin a part of your expedition treks as you will be
going to Likir. The place will let you walk along the bank of Indus river
where you will be setting up your tent. From next day, you will be having 4
day’s (
6-9th day) great adventure of Trekking expedition. The
Trekking expedition will let you trek through several villages likeYangtang,
Sumdo, Hemis-Shukbachan, Ang, Themisgam, and Alchi which will fetch you an
amazing view of snow covered Himalaya. On the
10th day, you will
take your way back to Leh from where you will fly to Delhi.
The next on your cultural tour of India comes the Taj Mahal. From Delhi,
you will be driving to Agra in the evening (
11th day). The
12th
day mesmerises you with the visit of Taj Mahal. The wonderful monument
of love will stun you with its architectural beauty. A photograph paired
with your beloved or spouse before the monument will be a precious asset
which you can have here. After returning from Agra on
13th day, you
can utilize this day by taking a sightseeing tour of Old Delhi which you
missed while starting your tour from Delhi. The place you will see includes
several historical monuments like Qutab Minar, Humayun’s Tomb, Red Fort
and Jama Masjid
The next day which is last day of your tour, we will be transferring you to
the airport which will lead you to your onward destination.
