Detailed Itinerary
Romantic Beaches and Still Backwater will bewitch you
completely
Your tour will get its kick off at the Kozhikode ( Calicut ) where you will
be arriving first from your destination. We have chosen this places to be a
perfect place to start your Eco Tour. As you arrive at the airport, we will
transfer you to the hotel, which we have booked in advance. After you have
taken lunch, you will go out for a small excursion. After taking a
sightseeing of this cultural town, by the evening, you will reach to the
favourite spot of Kozhikode, Kozhikode Beach. Its beautiful sunset view will
enthrall you with its exquisite view. Kappad, 16 Km from Kozhikode, is
another beautiful beach where you will be reaching next morning (
2nd
day ). Your stay at the beach resort here, and excursion at its rock
studded beaches will embellish your pleasant nature tour of Kerala. The
uncrowded beaches full of solitude will have deep romantic appeal to you if
you are strolling with your spouse.
To give you a better escape from the sea beaches, the next holiday
destination, we have chosen for you, is Vythiri where you will reach from
Kappad on
3rd day. Your stay at the Vythiri Resort in its ethnic
modelled cottages and huts surrounded by paradise like natural ambience will
be a perfect way to enjoy your nature tour. The heavenly beauty and deep
charm of this place will force you to stay here one more day (
4th day
). With heavier heart, you will farewell this place to reach to Cochin on
the
5th day. Reaching at Cochin around the noon will give you plenty
of time to relax. The full next day (
6th day ), you will be roaming
around the Cochin, visiting all its important places like Kochi Fort Beach,
St Francis Church, Santa Cruz Cathedral, Vasco House, Bolghatti Palace, Hill
Palace, and Palliport Fort. In the evening, after you are fed up with your
loafing, you can take a stroll along with the coast line of backwater at
Marine Drive.
The Kerala Nature Travels is back now with its full strength with your
visit to places like Kumarakom, Alleppey, and Kovalam. Arriving Kumarakom in
the afternoon, on the
7th day, will bring a lot of leisure. But,
next day (
8th day ) you will have plenteous nature tour to do like
visiting the popular Bird Sanctuary, and the world famous Backwater Boat
Ride at Vembanad Lake. But, the Boat Ride comes to its intense phase next
day (
9th day ) when you take the Backwater Tour to Alleppey.
Bestriding in the Houseboat, and gliding on the still Canals and Lagoons,
and passing through the palm lined shores will make your nature tour much
more enjoyable. After the one whole day Backwater Tour, you will arrive at
Alleppey on
10th day of your tour from where you will drive to
Kovalam.
The best place which you have been waiting for is finally here. Until you
finish your nature exploration tour on 13th day, you will be at Kovalam,
prettily exploring this beautiful place, and Trivandrum, just 20 Km from
Kovalam. The city tour of Kovalam will include the places such as
Padmanabhpuram Palace, Kaudiar Palace, Koyikkal Palace, and Anchutengu Fort.
But, the best thing you will love at Kovalam will be peaceness of its
beaches. Exploring the beaches like Veli Tourist Village, Varkala Beach, and
Sanghumukham Beach, you will fall in love with its sunset view.
By the
13th day, we will hope that you are drenched up with the
unique beauty of natural landscapes of Kerala. It will be the last day of
