Detailed Itinerary
Despite you begin your tour from Delhi as you land here on the
first
day, you will not be lingering here. In the evening, you will be flying
to Leh, the capital of Ladakh. The sudden escape from Delhi to Leh is meant
to put you at quick amazement. Before you land at Leh, the panoramic snow
capped Himalayan peaks will enthrall you with its beauty. At Leh, you will
be staying for three days (
2nd -5th day). Staying at the local
hotel, and visit to few Gompas (Monasteries), and walking through the
villages and savouring the local beer called “Chang” will add a
precious experience to your life.
A small and wonderful village, Alchi will invite you on
6th day to
explore its one of the most beautiful Gompas of Ladakh. Walking along with
the gurgling river Indus and clicking Himalayan beauty will give you an
oodles of joy. Next day,
7th day, you will reach to Lamayuru,
starting point of your Trekking expedition. The Trekking expedition begins
on
8th day. The 5 days trekking tour (
8th - 12th day) will
make you trek through many villages and rivers while visiting plenteous
Gompas. Camping in the valleys of Himalaya lying over 4,000 Ft of height and
walking through snow walls will be worth making yu feel abundant of thrill
of trekking. The trekking tour ends when you reach to Chilling trek (
12th
day).
Taking a drive from Chilling trek will take you to Leh where you are
scheduled to stay for two day (
13th-14th day). You will have
opportunity to attend the cultural show giving you insight of local dress
and dance. Colourful bazars will keep you engaged in buying jwellery an
clothing amenities. A visit to the Tibetan refugee village in Choglamsor
will be an wanted activity which you will love to indulge in.
In the morning of
15th day, you will be flying back to Delhi where
you will leave for Agra after having a small rest. Next day (
16th day)
will unfold before you a visit to the Taj Mahal, exquisite monument of love.
The monument quite rich in its architectural beauty will fill you with stark
admiration of Indian architectural heritage. After visit to the historical
monument of love, you will drive back to Delhi. And finally, Delhi is now
ready to let you explore this historical city. The
day 17th will
bring a complete day sightseeing tour of the city. The tour giving you an
insight of all of its historical places like Qutab Minar, Humayun’s
Tomb, Parliament, President House, India Gate, Red Fort and Jama Masjid.
On the last day of your tour (
18th day), you can utilize the
morning time by visiting one of the famous Laxmi Narayan Temple lying close
to your hotel. Or you can rest in the hotel and swim in the pool. Afternoon,
we will be transferring you to the airport to catch your flight for onward
destination.
