Darjeeling will include the 8 days Trekking expedition through Sikkim’s

Itinerary
Darjeeling- The Queen of all hill stations will be happy to unfold its
tender arms to give you a pleasant start of your tour. The beautiful hill
station will keep you engaged on
1st and 2nd day of your tour while
exploring its serenity and stillness. The amazing view of Himalayan beauty,
rich forest, and lush green tea plantation area will make you fall in love
with its natural beauty. Your sightseeing tour of the famous hill station
will include all its important places like Botanical Garden, Observatory
Hill, Zoological Garden, Senchal Lake, and Dali and Ghoom Monastery. View of
sunrise from Tiger hill will give you an unmatched view of Kangchendzonga.
Once the hill station sojourn is over, soon you will be driving to
Pemayangtse ( on
3rd day), an excellent base for Trekking in West
Sikkim. After overnight stay at a beautiful sikkimese resort, next morning(
4th
day), you will be visiting the famous Pemayangtse Monastery, and
Khechepalri Lake, which is said to be the wish-fulfilling lake. In the
evening, you will be driving to Yuksom. The place has several mini lakes
against the backdrop of beautiful Himalaya. Here you will be given some
important lectures on Trekking acumen and insight by our Trekking experts.
Learning the trekking lessons will be of great benefit as next day you will
begin your 8 days Trekking sojourn.
The Trekking sojourn, covering 8 extensive days (
5th day-12th day)
, will start at Yuksom and will also end here after trekking through plenty
of forests, hills and valleys. The 8 days Trekking expeditions trip is going
to let you ascend to the places like Tshoka, Phedang, Dzongri, Samiti,
Goechela, and Thangsing. The Trekking tour will be full of natural
activities like amazing Himalayan sightseeing, Bird watching, exploring
flower’s valleys, and Camping. Ascending to the several hills will let
you face the massive mount Kangchendzonga close to you. The beauty of mount
Kangchendzonga makes the Trekking expeditions trip no less than ascending to
the paradise.
As the 12th day ends, your expedition will be over as you will have reached
Yuksom, from where you had started your trekking. After overnight stay at
camp, next morning(
13th day), you will be driving to Martam while
passing through the traditional Sikkim villages and Cardamom plantation
area. Overnight, you stay will be at the Martam village resort. The next day
(
14th day) will be last sightseeing day of your day which you enjoy
visiting the capital of Sikkim, Gangtok. The day will busy you with its
tight schedule as you will be exploring several of its places like Rumtek
Monastery, Do-Drul Chorten (Stupa), Deer Park, Permanent Flower Show, Enchey
Monestery, White Hall, Ridge Park, Tashi Point View, Hanuman Tok, Ganesh
Tok, and Himalayan Zoological Park. In the night at the resort, you will be
enjoying the farewell dinner which will be a special arangement by us.
Next day (
15th day) will see you ending your trekking tour of
Kangchendzonga. From Gangtok, you will be driving to Bagdogra where you will
fly to Delhi, from where you will be catching your flight for your onward
destination.
